I had my entire house and motorhome cleaned along with area rugs! My tile, and especially grout, looks brand new! We were going to throw our area rug away in our motorhome but they said it would come clean! Looks like I bought a new rug afterwards! I highly recommend Phoenix Tile & Carpet Cleaning! Really great company! They came and quoted my new house and came in lower than the other companies that came as well. I am really happy about the work that they did. Their tech was on time (major bonus points in my book). And I really wish I took before and after pics of my floor but all that I can say is “WOW!”. Huge difference and it smells so much better (last owner had dogs) and now it smells fresh and clean. My husband noticed the fresh smell when he got home. We are both relieved to not have to replace our carpet. Everyone I talked with was friendly and the tech was polite and worked fast. I will use them next time our floors need some TLC. I can’t believe I put off getting my carpets cleaned for so long! Phoenix Tile & Carpet Cleaning is extremely professional and fast! They also did our tile and grout which look amazing! They're so professional and kind and courteous. The technician came in and gave me a honest assessment of what I needed to do for my carpets. He was super polite and also gave me great tips on how to continue to keep my carpets clean and speed up the drying process. My carpets went from a nightmare to heavenly clean in less than half an hour. It literally looks like I just got a brand new carpet put in!
